At SRFACE, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next session. If your wetsuit or accessories don't fit quite right, you can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are clean, dry, and free of sand.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5 business days.
